According to a Houston Chronicle blog post by Nancy Sarnoff, “The Signorelli Co. is planning a 70-acre business park north of Kingwood that could have as much as 1.5 million square feet of office space, a hotel and conference facilities.
The project, called the Valley Ranch Commercial District, will be an ”urban village-type setting” said Greg Tilton of Transwestern, which is leasing the project and announced it Tuesday.
The site is at the southwest corner of a yet-to-open section of the Grand Parkway and U.S. 59 in Porter. The parkway extension is scheduled to open in late 2015.
According to a press release, the project will have green space, natural water features and jogging trails. It is part of the much larger Valley Ranch planned community.”
