The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea opens in Kingwood, Texas

The original Teahouse was born from a desire to serve traditional Taiwanese tea to friends and family, as a place where neighbors could gather, and exchange stories over a cup of tea.

The first U.S. Teahouse opened inside the Hong Kong City Mall in Houston, Texas on April 1st, 2000. This store was the very first traditional Taiwanese cream teahouse in the Houston area.

Teahouse now has seven locations around Houston including the new Kingwood Location at 4554 Kingwood Drive near the intersection of West Lake Houston Parkway.
