CVS Pharmacy recently began construction at the southeast corner of West Lake Houston Parkway and Will Clayton Parkway commencing the first signs of development in The Shoppes at Lake Houston.
The Shoppes at Lake Houston is a 20 acre development of Capital Retail Properties at the main entrance into The Bridges of Lake Houston in Atascocita, Texas.
Companies listed under parking and land use data in the Capital Retail Properties brochure include a 59,283 S.F. Randall’s; 14,600 S.F. CVS; 14,950 S.F. for retail development; Pad sites for Sonic, Wendy’s, Taco Cabana; and future retail expansion.
