With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef William Chu offers fresh, authentic Chinese food with no MSG, less salt, no artificial flavor, and no preservatives.

Chef Chu grew up in Northern China and is a third generation chef. He attended culinary school where he was trained with techniques of traditional Chinese cooking. After training, he traveled China working in a variety of restaurants where he learned to cook unique dishes from different regions of China. Combining traditional and contemporary style, Chef Chu creates the most authentic flavors around.
