Bath & Body Works is expanding its presence in the HKA Texas area with two new locations set to open in Humble and Atascocita, bringing even more convenience for shoppers looking for their popular body care and home fragrance products.
Humble Location: Deerbrook Marketplace
A new Bath & Body Works will soon open in Deerbrook Marketplace, located at 20520 US-59, Space A. This store will take over the former Justice – Just for Girls location, offering a 4,179-square-foot retail space. Renovations are underway, with an expected completion date in March 2025 according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Atascocita Location: Atascocita Commons
The Atascocita Bath & Body Works will be located in Atascocita Commons at 6721 FM 1960 Rd E, Spaces 10 and 11. This location expands the former Zales store, positioned between Target and Ross, into a 3,330-square-foot space. Renovations are set to take place from April to June 2025.
Current Bath & Body Works Locations in HKA Texas
With these new openings, Bath & Body Works will grow its footprint beyond its existing stores in the region. The brand already operates locations at:
- Deerbrook Mall (20131 Hwy 59 N, Humble, TX) – A longstanding storefront inside the mall.
- Westlake Marketplace (14237 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX) – A convenient spot for Summerwood area shoppers.
- Valley Ranch Town Center (11985 N Grand Pkwy E, New Caney, TX) – Serving the rapidly growing Porter/New Caney area.
The addition of these new stores in Deerbrook Marketplace and Atascocita Commons reflects Bath & Body Works’ strategy of expanding into high-traffic retail centers beyond traditional malls, catering to the growing demand in suburban shopping destinations.
