Hasta La Pasta Italian Grill closed it’s doors on June 21st to make way for Texas Children’s Hospital in Atascocita.
After 22 years in the Humble area and ten years in Atascocita location Hasta La Pasta issued a statement saying “Our lease had run it’s course, and the landlord had a great opportunity to bring Texas Children’s Hospital to the Atascocita area and needed all the space in the center.”
The owners say they are “actively looking for a new location—especially one with great visibility and ample parking!” They went on to say they “have enjoyed the wonderful support of our customers and our community and all of the relationships that have developed in the past 20 years, and we look forward to continued involvement in the area.”
We talked to a couple of the businesses on the south end of the building and from what they could tell us, Texas Children’s will be taking up the entire end of the building from the old Hasta La Pasta location around the corner to Wing Stop.. possible some others.
We continue to hear rumors that Texas Children’s is taking over the entire center, we have contacted Texas Children’s and will updated you as we receive more details.
