Over the last few months we have seen a great deal of of construction at the new FMC Technologies Campus in Generation Park.
Today, Generation Park announced they have gone vertical. With the first of what we imagine will be many cranes that will become part of the Generation Park skyline.
John Flournoy, Vice President of Sales and Leasing for McCord Development says “Over the next 24 months, Houston will see over 1 million square feet of state-of-the art office and workshop space for one of the world’s most innovative companies taking shape at Generation Park.”
The tower crane shown in the photos, can stand up to 265 feet in the air, lift up to 18 metric tons and operate in winds of up to 35 mph.
Generation Park is Houston’s largest new commercial development. Located just outside of the Summerwood Community and minutes from Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita, Texas.
