Taco Cabana, and Pollo Tropical to open at HWY 59 and Northpark DR.

Sources, and documents obtained by HKA Texas reveal that Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. based in Addison, Texas will open a Pollo Tropical, and a Taco Cabana at Highway 59 and Northpark Dr.

Construction is underway of Pollo Topical next to BreWingZ Sports Bar & Grill, and Taco Cabana will be located next to Carl’s Jr.

Pollo Tropical, Florida’s beloved fast-casual concept known for its citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken and array of authentic sauces and sides, continued its Texas expansion with the opening of its second Houston-area location in Tomball in October, and they are celebrating the Grand Opening of their third Houston-area restaurant near the Galleria at 6522 Westheimer Road December 19, 2014.
