FIRST LOOK at Tosca Americana Italian Kitchen’s new menu!

HKA Texas was granted an exclusive first look, and tasting of the new Tosca American Italian Kitchen menu last week, and WE LOVE IT!

Executive Chef Edilerman “Eddie” Molina says the menu was inspired by you, the community.  Many of your favorite items remain, these are the new, and slightly modified items on the menu that is scheduled to be released on July 25, 2017.

If you haven’t tried Tosca American in Atascocita you should.

Let’s start with the ANTIPASTI or Appetizers

IMBIANCO FLATbread

Maryland Style CRAB CAKES

pan seared with roasted corn and chipotle aioli

SPIEDINI alla Romagna

Italian bread with melted fresh mozzarella and fire roasted red pepper brushed with fresh herb, anchovies, balsamic glaze, garlic and oil

CHORIZO pei MUSSELS

Prince Edward Island, spicy chorizo, grilled bread

GREEK Salad w/Grilled Chicken

sautéed spicy Italian sausage, meatballs, tossed with ricotta and san marzano plum tomato sauce topped with mozzarella & parmesan

ORECCHIETTE Con Salsicce

little ears shaped macaroni, hot & sweet sausage, sundried tomato, broccoli rabe in garlic & oil, touch of cream, parmiggiano cheese

FARFALLE con Pollo Alfieno

chicken breast sautéed in a spicy pink cream sauce with Parmiggiano Reggiano, Broccoli served over bow tie macaroni.
