Construction of a new AutoZone location is underway in the Summerwood Village shopping center behind First Choice Emergency Room on Woodson Park Drive.

Construction is underway on a new freestanding McDonald's location in Summerwood.

Carla has teamed up with Chef Adrian Cousin and his wife Dominique from In House Chefs to bring a new dining experience to Atascocita, Texas.

This technology will allow parents to have open conversations with their children about heart rate, BMI, burning calories, fuel needs from carbs to fats and how to work out properly to stay in the right zone.

Construction will require temporary closures of the sidewalk on the west side of the roadway. Pedestrians are urged to cross at controlled intersections and utilize the sidewalk on the east side to avoid the construction zone. Roadwork is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2019.

Currently the store stocks a variety of African, Asian, and Caribbean Groceries.

We stopped in for a quick bite before the grand opening.  The food is as consistently good as it is in Huffman, the menu remains simple to understand, and the prices are hard to beat.
