Generation Park

Lockwood Business Park, located at 13300 Lockwood Road, is the first for-lease industrial project at Generation Park and encompasses 25 acres.

The ambiance invites customers to sit down and enjoy their meal, which is vastly different from anything else on the market.

The first floor will will include 17,413 square feet of retail space that's certain to draw in restaurants, shops and services to redemption square.

The five-story, 144-room hotel will feature over 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center, 24-hour market, large fitness center, outdoor pool, casual workspaces and a bistro featuring grab-and-go food options and Starbucks® Coffee.

Bibo’s Bistro and Bar is the second restaurant concept in the Houston area from husband and wife team Mary Huynh and Jon Nguyen. Bibo’s menu will include unique twists on Vietnamese staples and select signature dishes from their original location, like boba tea and pho.
